Man City beat Copenhagen by a spectacular 5-0 with Erling Haaland’s goals

On Wednesday, Manchester City gained a spectacular 5-0 victory over Copenhagen, which helped them to stay as a leader in group G with nine points.

It was a headline-grabbing night for Erling Haaland as he scored the first two goals for Man City to win against Copenhagen. This season, Liverpool, Bournemouth, and the Serbia national team have prevented Haaland from scoring, but in this match, he scored two to ensure Copenhagen would not join that group.

Haaland scored his two goals for Man City in the first half, the first goal in the 7th minute and the second in the 32nd minute.

Copenhagen’s Davit Khocholava made a mistake and scored the third goal for Man City in the 39th minute. After this goal, Man City was going with a 3-0 lead, while Copenhagen could not do anything to score.

In the second half, Copengahen again failed to score, while Man City scored two goals and sealed the win. Riyad Mahrez scored the fourth goal in the 55th minute, and Julián Álvarez scored the fifth in the 76th minute.

It was a spectacular victory for Man City in which they made their opponent unable to score. After this win, Man City leads the group with nine points, while Copenhagen stands last.

Pep Guardiola, Man City’s coach, said that the way we played was magnificent, and I am so satisfied with the guys and how they performed. Moreover, he said that the result was excellent, but I am impressed with the way we attacked. I am satisfied, and again, compliments to the players, he said.

Jacob Neestrup, Copenhagen’s manager, said that there was not anything we could do. Moreover, he said we need to accept we are playing against the best team in the world right now, and when you see the way Haaland moves, it’s unnatural.
