Rashford makes a move to help kids stay active during this coronavirus pandemic period through filming a BBC Bitesize that was available for kids on Wednesday morning. He led a session from his home gym, in which he performed a series of physical activities. He taught the children how to do exercises like press-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks and lunges with utmost efficiency.
He also took them through a series of stretches as a means of warming up or cooling down during exercise sessions. His video was not only watched by many young Man United fans from their home, but was displayed in a number of schools around the UK as well.
He’s not the only footballer getting involved to help out with home schooling during lockdown.
Manchester City striker, Sergio Aguero, has also teamed up with BBC Bitesize to help kids learn Spanish.
